Zach and Tori Roloff Emotional Over Son's Trip to Hospital

Zach and Tori Roloff‘s family is getting a little bigger! The couple is expecting their third child soon, which means a lot of pregnancy pics, family updates, and choosing a name.

But in a new promo for season 23 of Little People, Big World, Zach and Tori worry over their oldest child, Jackson.

Jackson, who also has dwarfism, underwent major surgery, but his parents were worried about the outcome.
